600+ participants from over 50 sessions can attest that this well-honed seminar goes beyond "green jobs" thinking and guides participants toward insight into the true value of a sustainability-related career. Space is intentionally limited to allow for questions/interaction. All seminars are led by broadly knowledgeable local sustainability leader, Peter Nicholson, Executive Director of the Foresight Design Initiative.

Part II: Refining Your Strategy and Overcoming Barriers*

A more interactive session, this workshop builds on and develops the information previously presented. Through in-depth discussion and interactive exercises, attendees focus on identifying and overcoming barriers, developing and adjusting career development strategies, and exploring specific opportunities and resources. Participants are encouraged to bring their individual questions, as well as insights, to this small group, participatory session. (Please brign your current resume for this session.)
